US presence for software companies

Your US presence,
led by engineers

You already have clients. What you don't have is someone in the US who can sit in the architecture review, take the escalation, and be the name on the account. That's us — two senior engineers, based in Tennessee, who become your technical leadership in North America.

Who This Is For

Established Teams, Not First-Time Founders

We work with software companies in Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Japan that have a real book of business at home and want the same in North America.

You have clients already

A delivery record, referenceable work, engineers who know how to ship. You're not validating an idea — you're extending a business that works.

US deals stall late

You get the first meeting. Then procurement asks who's accountable in the US, and the momentum quietly dies in the security review.

Your clients want a local counterpart

Someone in their timezone who understands the system, can answer for it, and doesn't need the question re-asked tomorrow morning.

Coming through a trade program? We work with companies arriving via ProColombia, JETRO's Global Acceleration Hub and J-BRIDGE, Brasil IT+ / Softex, MDEC, and CIC soft-landing cohorts. If your program has placed you in the US for ninety days and you're trying to convert that into something permanent, that is exactly the moment we're built for.

What We Do

We Become the Technical Face of Your US Accounts

Not a reseller, not a lead list. Senior engineers who take ownership of the technical relationship your American clients have with you.

Architecture Oversight

We review the design, sit in the technical calls, and can defend the decisions to your client's engineering leadership. Backend systems, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, mobile.

Client-Facing Technical Lead

A named US engineer on the account. We run the technical check-ins, handle escalations in business hours, and make sure your client always has someone accountable to call.

Enterprise Readiness

Security questionnaires, architecture diagrams, SLAs, incident process. The paperwork that decides enterprise deals — prepared before procurement asks, in the form they expect.

Delivery in US Hours

Central time reaches both coasts and overlaps your morning. Status, scope changes, and escalations get resolved inside the client's working day instead of the next one.

Setting Up Shop

Entity, EIN, banking, payroll, insurance. We run the program and bring in the US attorneys and CPAs who sign off — we're engineers, not a law firm, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Your First US Hires

When it's time to put people on the ground, we write the roles, run the loops, and calibrate the bar — the same way we've hired engineers into US teams for years.

Why Engineers

A Salesperson Can't Answer the Hard Question

At some point in every enterprise deal, someone technical asks something a business-development partner cannot answer. That moment decides the contract. It's the one we're built for.

We've shipped the systems

Between us: mobile at consumer scale in US fintech, and fifteen years of backend, data, and applied ML. We read your architecture as peers, not as account managers.

We've been on both sides

One of us built a career in India before moving here. We know how the offshore relationship feels from your side of it, and where US clients quietly lose confidence.

We take few clients

This is hands-on work, so we run a small number of engagements at a time. If we can't give your accounts real attention, we'll say so on the first call.

Who We Are

Two Engineers, Twenty-Five Years

TennLabs is deliberately small. You work with us directly — there is no bench, no handoff, and nobody junior learning on your account.

Engineering leadership

Seetha AnnamrajuCEO, TennLabs

Senior Engineering Manager at Cash App (Block), leading the mobile team. Around a decade in US tech, five of those years at Block. Most of the work is the part that never shows up in a commit log: growing engineers, running hiring loops, and pushing teams to ask whether users actually want the thing before building it.

Coaching for Senior Engineers and Managers

Seetha coaches senior ICs, tech leads, and engineering managers — the people whose good work isn't visible beyond their own team, whose feedback keeps arriving softened, or whose footing shifted in the last reorg. One-to-one sessions, job strategy, and mock leadership interviews.

“What actually holds senior ICs and managers back hasn't changed much. What good leadership looks like hasn't changed much either.”
